Sponsorship Agreement

The Vaccine Injury Sponsorship Fund was initiated out of genuine concern for individuals who have been injured by covid injections and are unable to afford full treatment. We understand the challenges the vaccine-injured face from mainstream medicine, and we’re here to help facilitate recovery in a non-judgmental environment.’

An individual sponsorship covers:

  • 50% coverage for the initial doctor’s consultation (40-60 minutes).
  • Coverage for the first two months of supplements and, if necessary, for ivermectin
  • 2/3 coverage for subsequent doctor’s visits.

Please note: sponsorships do not provide cash reimbursements or groceries etc.

By accepting a sponsorship you, agree to:

  • pay $95.00 towards the first doctor’s visit (40-60 mins). This amount may be adjusted, if necessary, according to circumstances.
  • pay $25.00 for follow-up doctor’s visits, and paid 48 hours in advance to secure your spot.
  • pay for standard medications at your pharmacy of choice.
